RETURNS

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you change your mind please refer to the returns policy below;

Gezana Game allows returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be un-opened and with original packaging. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods.

If Gezana Game determines that any products are not in original condition, your return will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

We are unable to accept returns after 14 days from time of order.

EXCHANGES

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged items for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
